Self Defense

Reality based self defense for the average person. Learn how to defend against

various types of attacks; Hand to hand, gun, knife, weapon, ground, scenario based defenses.

Most importantly, we believe that self defense is not just a set of fighting techniques. It’s a state of mind. We offer what many martial arts programs do not, which is adrenal stress training. An assault can lead to adrenal stress which can cause many things to happen in the human body. It may cause us to freeze, auditory exclusion, shortening of breath or movement, etc. Learn how to control and use fear adrenaline rush to your advantage. We will make sure you can skillfully deal with any level of conflict, with confidence, courage and composure.

Mixed Martial Arts

Learn to use the best fighting techniques around, whether in the ring or in the street.

We teach how to effectively punch, kick, elbow, ground fight and much more.

Learn the best sparring techniques* to step up your game. Get a total body workout

while learning valuable skills and having fun.

*controlled contact sparring is optional.

Women’s Self Defense

Reality based self defense for the average woman. Regardless of your age, weight of fitness level, you can and should protect yourself from an assault. We will teach you how to easily and safely counter the most common attacks on women:

Wrist grabs, hair grabs, chokeholds, bear hugs, ground attacks, weapons defense, blocking, strikes, kicks, breathing, and how using your voice and body posture can avoid physical conflict, scenario based defenses.

Tweens & Teens Self Defense, Mixed Martial Arts & Anti-Bullying

Ages: Tweens – 10-12. Teens – 13-17.

Learn the most valuable self defense moves for kids along with kids MMA training. Learn how not to be a victim of bullies with voice, confidence building, and safe defense techniques.

Warrior Fitness Training

Train like a fighter!! Get fit and lean without actually having to fight, or train to get ready for a fight. Use the same techniques the pros use. Enjoy fun workouts. Eliminate boredom with ever changing routines that will shred you like a fighter!

Private Lessons

Learn Self Defense and/or MMA in a private setting. One on one classes or Semi Private – up to 4 adults.
